Your data is important.

In the modern age, it is imperative that companies large and small are vigilant with the data they collect. This is something I aim to enforce on myself. Below is an outline of how the data I collect from you is used, along with your rights in regard to it.

GDPR:
As I primarily operate within the United Kingdom, I am obligated to follow GDPR regulations. The full rundown of the GDPR documentation can be found Here.

Below are the Primary Principles which may be applicable to you.

Article 5(1)
(a) Data is processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to individuals;

(b) collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall not be considered to be incompatible with the initial purposes;

(c) adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

(d) accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay;

(e) kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods insofar as the personal data will be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes subject to implementation of the appropriate technical and organisational measures required by the GDPR in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals;

(f) processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures”

Photo Usage Rights

Any and all photos I take during photoshoots can, in perpetuity, be used in the promotion, advertisement and or expansion of my business. Photos can be downloaded directly from my website, and high resolution images are available upon request. [1][2] Images taken as part of a Wedding, Event or Photoshoot may be watermarked. [3] In this case, photos may only be available (unwatermarked) via a subsiquent payment.

If there is an image on my site that you wish to be removed, please contact me immediately.

[1] - Occasionally, my work may be under the direction of a parent organization or company, these may be watermarked, and are not owned by myself, in these cases, this information will be presented in as clear a way as possible.
[2] - High-resolution images are only available if I still have the original image, it's possible that they have been lost, deleted, or removed from any and all of my devices, in this case, it may not be possible to supply a High-Resolution version.
[3] - Watermarked images are those that have my branding/logo attached in a corner, or the whole of the image. These types of photos will be discussed with you during initial talks for these types of events.
